About Frankie

Frankie is a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA), Clinical Supervisor, and Therapeutic Coach. She holds an MSc in TA Psychotherapy, alongside a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and Clinical Supervision with an Intersectional Lens. As a registered member of both the BACP and UKCP, she works in full alignment with their ethical frameworks.

Frankie is an experienced clinician who supports a diverse range of clients across private, charities, and corporate organisations, including NHS services and local authorities. She offers short and longterm individual therapy, couples’ therapy, and group therapy—particularly for survivors of childhood sexual abuse, domestic abuse, and sexual violence..

Her areas of expertise include emotional wellbeing, psychological safety at work, and supporting professionals to navigate highpressure environments with integrity and authenticity. She provides reflective practice, clinical supervision, and incident debriefing to help individuals and teams process challenges, strengthen resilience, and communicate more effectively.

Frankie works with a broad range of clinical presentations, including anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, eating disorders, burnout, imposter syndrome, alcohol misuse, trauma, identity concerns, body image issues, domestic abuse, sexual abuse/harassment, and the impact of childhood trauma.

Within corporate settings, she offers onetoone therapeutic support and facilitates bespoke workshops focused on mental health maintenance, and wellbeing for professionals working under significant demand.

Frankie’s approach is relational, traumainformed, and humanistic – grounded in respect, cultural humility, and compassion. Her work supports clients in developing clearer communication, healthier relationships, and sustainable personal and professional growth.
