A one-on-one therapeutic process where a therapist combines trauma-
informed & compassionate approach and collaborate with client to explore what is going on for
them. The therapy is grounded in the understanding that trauma can profoundly impact a person’s
neurological, biological, psychological, and social development. The approach prioritizes safety,
trust, and empowerment, recognizing that many behaviors are coping mechanisms developed in
response to overwhelming experiences. The process will be suitable if you present with any forms
of trauma and abuse, childhood trauma, PTSD, domestic and sexual abuse, anxiety, depression,
OCD, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, grief, and life challenges, for example, identity, race,
burnout, imposter syndrome, and major life transitions.

Group Therapy

Therapeutic groupwork and reflective practice.

A therapeutic format where a therapist work with several individuals
simultaneously. It creates a space dedicated to recovery, empowerment, and healing and
provides a supportive environment to share experiences and learn from others facing similar
issues. This group is mainly for victim/survivals of domestic and sexual abuse and the ultimate
goal is to move survivors from a place of feeling defined by their trauma to a place where they see
themselves as resilient, capable, and worthy of a life free from abuse, surrounded by a community
that understands and believes them.

enhances cultural humility, informs good case conceptualization, navigate power dynamics, ensures

also providing forward-looking tools and accountability for creating meaningful, sustainable change

intentionally examine one’s own actions, experiences, and thought processes with the aim of
learning and improving. It involves looking back at an event or situation (reflection-on-action), or
thinking in the moment (reflection-in-action), to gain deeper understanding and manage the
emotional demands of their work.

Incident Debriefing

Short interventions after critical workplace incidents.

A facilitated conversation, often held after a critical, stressful, or
traumatic event, designed to help individuals or teams process the experience. Its primary
purpose is to analyze what happened and participants systematically review the incident timeline,
discuss what went well, what didn’t, and identify the root causes of any problems. The ultimate
goal of a debrief is to learn from the experience, document key findings, and develop actionable
recommendations for improving future responses and preventing recurrence.
