Group Therapy

(For Survivors of Domestic and Sexual Abuse) Group therapy provides a safe, confidential, and supportive space for survivors of domestic and sexual abuse to connect, heal alongside others with shared experiences.

Participants are empowered and gently supported to reconnect with their sense of self, reduce isolation, rebuilding safety, strengthening self-worth, and rebuild trust at a pace that feels comfortable. The group is guided by a trained therapist who will help you process trauma at a manageable pace. Through shared reflection, grounding techniques, and gentle exploration, participants develop healthier coping strategies, restore trust in themselves and others, and gain a sense of empowerment and connection within a community that understands their journey.

Clinical Supervision

Supervision for clinicians with an intersectional lens.

We provide a dedicated, reflective space designed to support your growth as a trainee therapist/counsellor and health/social care professional. The supervision employs an intersectional lens, meaning it consciously explores how the overlapping identities of you, your clients, and the broader systems you operate within impact the therapeutic process. My approach enhances cultural humility, informs good case conceptualization, navigate power dynamics, ensures ethical & competent care. My supervisory relationship ensures client safety, enhance therapeutic skills, and maintain professional and ethical standards.

Reflective Practice

Reflective Practice (RP).

It is a structured continuous process where professionals will intentionally examine one’s own actions, experiences, and thought processes with the aim of learning and improving. It involves looking back at an event or situation (reflection-on-action), or thinking in the moment (reflection-in-action), to gain deeper understanding and manage the emotional demands of their work.

Incident Debriefing
Incident Debriefing

Incident Debriefing

Short interventions after critical workplace incidents.

A facilitated conversation, often held after a critical, stressful, or traumatic event, designed to help individuals or teams process the experience. Its primary purpose is to analyze what happened and participants systematically review the incident timeline, discuss what went well, what didn’t, and identify the root causes of any problems. The ultimate goal of a debrief is to learn from the experience, document key findings, and develop actionable recommendations for improving future responses and preventing recurrence.
